If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window).

Please give us a 48-hour notice if you would like to reschedule or cancel your service. If you cancel or reschedule your cleaning less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the cleaning cost. We are charging this fee to compensate the cleaners’ loss of income since they could have taken up another job.
